President Trump hosts two escaped Chibok girls at the White House

resident Donald Trump reportedly hosted two of the Chibok schoolgirls who escaped the clutches of Boko Haram in 2014 in the Oval Office, Wednesday.


Joy Bishara(20), and Lydia Pogu, (19), met with Trump and first daughter Ivanka Trump at the White House. The girls after their escape moved to the United States to complete school.

They were able to attend a boarding school in Virginia, with the help of a Christian nonprofit organization and others.

Bishara and Pogu transferred in their senior year and recently graduated from Canyonville Christian Academy.

They will be attending Southeastern University in Florida in the fall.
