Julius Agwu and wife celebrate 6th wedding anniversary

Comedian Julius Agwu and wife Ibiere celebrates their 6th wedding anniversary today May 31. They got married on May 31st 2008 and are blessed with two kids, a girl and a boy. Congrats to them.

Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode on Thursday declared Friday, June 12 as a Work Free Day in commemoration of the annulment of the June 12, 1993 elections which was presumed to have been won by late Chief Moshood Kashimawo Abiola. In a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Habib Aruna, the governor said the date marked a watershed in the annals of transparent, free and fair elections in the country. Former World Cup winners beat higher-ranked Switzerland 5-2 to make it two wins out of two at Brazil 2014. Free-flowing France blew away in-form Switzerland with a three-goal first-half barrage en route a thumping 5-2 World Cup Group E win that virtually assures them of qualification for the second round. France blasted two goals within 66 seconds as Olivier Giroud headed them into the lead after 17 minutes and Blaise Matuidi added a second almost straight from the restart, while Mathieu Valbuena got a breakaway third late in the half after Swiss keeper Diego Benaglio had earlier saved a Karim Benzema penalty.
