Actress Jodie Foster marries Ellen DeGeneres' ex-girlfriend

In 2014, women marry women. I'm sure one would have been stoned to death if one had suggested it many centuries ago. I find woman and woman coupling weirder than man and man...maybe because men have that and that that allows them enjoy themselves, but women only have that, so how do they...? #Rhetoricalquestion...:-)

Anyway, actress Jodie Foster, 51, has married talk show host Ellen Degeneres' ex girlfriend, 44 year old photographer, Alexandra Hedison. Foster's rep confirmed to E Online yesterday.
"The couple said their vows over the weekend. They're totally in love,' a source told E!.

Suspended NIA DG, Oke admits Jonathan Ordered release of $289m

The suspended Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency, Amb. Ayodele Oke, has met with Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, where he admitted that his agency received the sum of $289,202,382 on the orders of former President Goodluck Jonathan in February 2015. President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, ordered the suspension of Oke over the role of the NIA in the ownership of $43m (about N13bn) and other currencies uncovered in Osborne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos. Buhari also ordered the suspension of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Babachir Lawal, in connection with his indictment for contract fraud by a Senate ad hoc committee on mounting humanitarian crisis in the North-East. A top government source, on Thursday, confided in one of our correspondents that the Osinbajo-led committee had directed Oke to submit documents to back his claim. Police Uncovers N18m, $19,000, Other Cash From Goje’s Residence As EFCC Denies Involvement

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) thursday denied reports that it raided the Abuja residence of the former Gombe State, Senator Danjuma Goje. Media reports had yesterday hinted that the EFCC raided the Goje’s house  around 6p.m. However,  EFCC Head of Media and Information, Wilson Uwujaren,  said: “Please disregard online reports claiming the EFCC on April 20 raided the Abuja home of Dajuma Goje. “The report is false as the commission was not a part of any such activity.” Sources however said the raid at the Asokoro residence was carried out by the Nigerian police acting on a tip-off by a whistleblower. The operation, which began after 5:00 p.m. lasted for over two hours with at least 12 vehicles, including about eight police vans stationed outside the building.
